Obviously every job is unique, but here are a few average figures from successful jobs undertaken in the past to help give you an idea.
Feasibilities - £500
Includes a measured survey of the existing land/property, with an initial plan and a couple of alternative layouts.
Planning applications - £500
Includes a full pack of drawings for a planning application. This will include the clients approved plan from the feasibility study, a location plan, site plan, floor plans, elevations, sections, filling out planning application forms & coordination with the local authority to ensure all SPG (Supplementary Planning Guidance) guidelines are adhered to.
Not Including Local Planning Authority Submission fees.
The addition of a Design & Access statement may incur additional costs.
Working Drawings - £1440
Includes Plans, sections, elevations & details for a building regulations application and construction.
Not Including Local Council Building Control Submission fees.
